Sharma's founder story is a difficult one: beginning with little capital, rebuilding after a near-fatal heart attack at 35, and then bringing his family’s spirits history into a modern Scottish distillery. Rutland Square was born in 2020; its chai-spiced gin connects tea, cardamom, and warming spice to an Edinburgh-made spirit.
