Terai is distilled at the India Craft Spirit Co. in Behror. Under Swarup's direction, its rice-spirit base and carefully selected botanicals bring Indian ingredients into a classic gin frame. The name draws on the Terai landscape, while its flavors draw attention to Khari Baoli, Delhi's historic spice market.
