Signature Serve

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Sītārā Barrel Aged White Rum
  • 1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar to water)
  • Garnish: A thin, fresh lime wheel

Instructions

  1. Chill your coupe or cocktail glass in the freezer beforehand.
  2. Combine the white rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker to the top with solid ice cubes and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the tin is freezing cold.
  4. Double strain (using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh tea strainer) into your chilled coupe glass to catch any small ice shards.
  5. Garnish by floating a thin lime wheel seamlessly on top of the foam.

Nose

Subtle, inviting aromas of sweet sugarcane, light toasted oak, and a delicate touch of vanilla.

Palate

Remarkable smoothness with a rounded mouthfeel, revealing clean notes of buttery caramel, soft oak, and crisp citrus undertones.

Finish
