The people behind Darooh
Darooh began with two collectors noticing a bigger story: Indian distillers were earning international recognition while a new craft scene was finding its voice. Their aim is to bring those bottles, and the people behind them, to the United States.
Co-founder
Over more than three decades of building and selling businesses, Bimal has also become a serious spirits collector. He is drawn to the patient work behind distilling: the decisions, materials, and craft that turn a regional ingredient into a finished bottle.

A technology CTO and inveterate cocktail maker, Siddharth is always looking for the right base for a new drink. His curiosity travels from distinctive spirits to foraged berries and globally inspired combinations, with the bar as a place to experiment.
